What is Digalore's Return Policy?
At Digalore, your satisfaction and enjoyment with your purchase are of utmost importance to us! If you are not satisfied with your order, most new products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt.

Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please visit the relevant purchase page to submit a refund request, or contact us via email at simon.jay@digalore.com. Our customer service representative will contact you and provide a return authorization, which is required to process your return.
Returns Due to Product Defects or Incorrect Orders
For returns due to product defects or incorrect orders, please contact us via email at simon.jay@digalore.com to arrange the return or replacement of the items.
Processing Returns
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process the refund. If the returned items appear damaged (intentional tampering) or are received in a condition different from the one in which they were sent, Digalore reserves the right to issue a partial refund at our discretion. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please wait 3–7 business days after we receive the returned items for the funds to be returned to your payment method. If we are unable to refund to the original payment method, a gift card will be provided. We also offer gift cards as an alternative refund option. If you would like to use this option, please let us know.
Return Shipping Address
As we currently do not offer return or exchange pick-up services, please contact a shipping carrier and send the items to our specified warehouse address. The specific return address will be communicated to you via email.

What If I Change My Mind, How Do I Start a Refund or Exchange?
Once the order has been shipped, you cannot change your order. If you realize you made a mistake, please contact us immediately. Before the order is officially shipped, you can receive a full refund, including shipping fees. Our shipping cycle is within 24 hours. Please ensure your order is correct!
