Where do you ship Digalore Products?
Digalore products are currently shipped to the following countries and regions: United States, Denmark, Iceland, Canada, Indonesia, Turkey, Mexico, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Singapore, New Zealand, Japan, Saudi Arabia, France, Poland, Thailand, Australia, Sweden, Switzerland, Finland, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Arab Emirates, South Korea, Malaysia.

Digalore products can be shipped to residential, business, and university locations. Please make sure you have provided the correct address to ensure accurate delivery. If there are errors in the address and it is not recognized by traditional shipping systems, your order may be delayed. If an incorrect address was provided at the time of order, those orders will be set aside to fulfill correctly addressed orders first. Digalore is not responsible for any additional shipping charges for uncorrected address issues. If shipping to a business or university, please ensure that your suite number or student mailbox number is correctly listed (students, please verify the proper procedure for receiving packages on your academic website).

Please be advised that orders placed over the weekend and during sales will be processed within the next two to three business days. Kindly take this into consideration when placing your order, as we are temporarily not offering any rush or expedited shipping services.

How long will it take to get my order?
This depends on your location:

Domestic Shipping in the US:
All US orders will be shipped within two to three business days from our warehouse. Although high order volumes may affect dispatch times, rest assured that orders are prioritized based on the sequence they were placed, ensuring those who order first are served first. We use USPS shipping, ensuring most deliveries within the US take 4–7 business days after the order is shipped. Stay tuned for our upcoming expedited shipping service!

International Shipping:
Overseas delivery times vary, generally taking 7–25 business days. Your confirmation email will provide more specific delivery details.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, your tracking information will be provided to the email address used at checkout. If you’re still having issues, check your spam/junk email folders. If you still do not receive tracking information, contact us so we may assist you.

Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, you cannot change your order! Please review your order information after purchase to ensure its accuracy. If you entered incorrect order information, please contact us immediately at simon.jay@digalore.com. We can help you modify the order before it is shipped.

My order was stolen or never arrived!
Oh no! Take a deep breath and check with a neighbor or building manager to see if it was picked up by mistake. Was it left at the side door or maybe near the garage? If your product is still missing, you need to contact USPS and file a claim for the missing package. In our experience, this can take up to 48 hours to be confirmed. If you have any questions or need any additional assistance, please contact our Customer Service team. Digalore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Important Notes:

  • USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as “delivered” prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake and will arrive the following day.

  • Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your local post office, not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker and better service. Ask who delivered the package and ask for the details of that day’s delivery. USPS is used to these questions and will generally provide helpful information.

Do I have to pay for shipping for a return?
If you are returning a product, you will be responsible for the return shipping per order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
